Essence Pure Nude

The Essence Pure Nude foundation and concealer are a great go to for a no fuss makeup look, super easy to apply with a natural look and feel. Perfect for a radiant, dewy look that can be achieved on the run.

The Essence Pure Nude foundation is a light weight makeup that gives a flawless yet natural finish with a no makeup feeling. I love how convenient it is, I just rub it on as I would do with a face cream, it has a light weight formula that absorbs quickly and is thin in consistency. The Essence Pure Nude concealer works so well with the foundation, I use it on my under eye area and cheeks to give extra coverage to those uneven areas. Its beyond easy to apply, you just draw lines where you need extra cover and blend in and cover with the foundation. It’s also nice to carry around in your bag for touch ups during the day. I use both the foundation and concealer in shade 10 Pure beige.

A Look at My Makeup Revolution haul :) How to Order from them and what the pricing looks like.

So two months ago i decided to go look on the Makeup Revolution website to see what all the fuss was about , cause everywhere i look my beauty world friends are raving about these awesome products!!

Makeup Revolution is unfortunately not available in South Africa yet but we do have the option to buy off of their UK website and have it posted to us. The only issue is that it then goes through the post office and ja well we all know the story there lol. It took 6 weeks for me to receive my order via the post office, it arrived in 100% perfect condition and i am in Looove with all of it! I went slightly over board with my order lol , well actually not if i sit and think about it and the actual amount of items i got for my money is fantastic!!! my whole order including shipping came to R787. And now looking back i wish i had ordered more and there are certain items i wish i had included and i am definitely planning on placing another order! I Think if looking at the Prices of the items and comparing it to products available in SA then these are actually a very big bargain! The quality of these are much better than a lot of the brands i have tried that are in the same price range, i can honestly say i am happy with every single item  that i bought and they have left me wanting more! If you love makeup and you are looking to buy new products then i would really recommend you treat your self to a Makeup Revolution order! Cause lets be honest, its worth the wait and i can actually spend more money at Dischem on a random day on random products hehe so why not get something a little more special for your money!

The eye shadow’s have amazing pigment and color and go on smoothly and easily, no scratching at the color to get enough on the brush for the color to actual show up kinda thing, these are great!!!! Makeup Revolution has so many different eye shadow colors to choose from and stunning different palettes, i wish i could own them all and maybe one day i probably will hehe

One of my favorite items from my order has definitely got to be the Golden sugar blush palette. It Is just plain Gorgeous!!! i cant get enough of it, playing with it… looking at it… taking photos of it! i adore it. It is so far the best blush palette i have ever had! And second to that the item i have found myself using loads is the Pro fix setting spray, its such a handy spray and really does do its job very very well! I feel like we should all stock up on this one hehe

The smaller items i got in the order like the Mascara, vivid blush lacquer, Kajal liner and the eye primer are all also great! And i must say i have been getting good use out of the little brow palette. I Will be doing proper closer reviews of all of these precious items as i go along and use them! Just had to share some pics and details with everyone!

Chanel Travel Makeup Palette {Review and Swatches} And where to buy it!!

The Day i spotted this Chanel Essentials travel makeup palette on Zando i was like soooo Excited!!! I just had to have it!! And then i had the bad luck of it being out of stock when i wanted to buy it, i was so depro and ended up buying something else lol. But then a few days later there it was again and i didn’t waste any time and bought it straight away!!! It sells for R499 on Zando (when they have it in stock) But lucky me i still had a R200 off voucher and got it for R299 , You can actually get yourself a voucher by signing up the the newsletter on the site 🙂  So Anyways Yayness i got it! And with speed and Fantastic Service as usual from Zando

It Comes Beautifully Packaged and sealed in a little Box and also has a little Chanel bag. When you open it up and take the palette out its box it is in a black velvet slip cover that is to die for luxurious!!! The set comes with a little travel size mascara that has its own little side compartment in the velvet slip cover so its very neat and fancy to take travelling and i think it would go very well into my handbag and i would be oh so happy to carry it around with me.

The Palette includes 5 eye shadow shades that range from a very dark one that is perfect for lining lids to, white, pink, blue and a golden brown that is my favorite!!! It also had a lovely pink shimmer blush as well as a light beige powder foundation. Then on the right hand side of the Palette at the bottom is a concealer and Then it has 2 lipgloss shades and 2 lipstick shades! so you really do have everything here plus the fact that it comes with a mini mascara so that’s a bonus! And it comes with 2 double ended eye shadow applicators as well as a double sided lipstick applicator and a cute little blush brush that has the Chanel symbol on it and actually folds in half to fit in the palette 🙂

I Can just sum this up as my dream Travel Palette, its just got everything and it is so pretty , even if i just take it with me everywhere so i can look at it all day lol. I absolutely love it and Its stunning little velvet slip cover!

I have done some swatches so you can see how the colors come out, really girly colors. Mascara That comes with it also has a nice looking brush.
